Investigation Continues into Custer County Death

  
 
PIERRE, S.D – The Custer County Sheriff’s Office and the Division of Criminal Investigation continue their investigation into the death of Nancy Kay Vickers, DOB 11-10-1954, Summerset. On Tuesday, September 23, the Division of Criminal Investigation was called to assist with a death investigation in rural Custer County where Vickers was found dead by gunshot wound. Law enforcement is waiting for final autopsy results, but no foul play is suspected at this time.
