Four Box Elder Individuals Arrested on Drug Charges

PIERRE, S.D –  Acting on several recent tips, the Unified Narcotics Enforcement Team(UNET) executed a search warrant on Wednesday afternoon at 788 Old Calvary Rd, in Box Elder. The search led to the discovery of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a firearm and approximately $2,500.00 dollars.
 
Arrested in connection with this search warrant were:

Sheila Buchholz, 44, Box Elder
-one count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, class 5 felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine
-one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, class 4 felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or $20,000 fine and a one year mandatory sentence

Christopher Block, 42, Box Elder
-one count possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, class 5 felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine
-probation violation

Miranda Clark, 21, Box Elder
-one count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, class 5 felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine

-one count possession of a controlled substance , methamphetamine, class 5 felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine
-one count possession of marijuana, class one misdemeanor
