Pierre Man Indicted on Multiple Charges of False Representation Filed for Water Pollution Control


PIERRE, S.D –  Attorney General Marty Jackley confirms today a Hughes County grand jury issued an indictment charging Greg V. Mohr, 53, Pierre, with 10 misdemeanor counts of false representation filed or maintained for water pollution control, maximum penalty one year imprisonment in a county jail and/or two thousand dollar fine.


Charges stem from actions while Mohr was employed at the City of Pierre water treatment plant.


The case is being investigated by the Division of Criminal Investigation and the Environmental Protection Agency Criminal Investigations and prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office. Mohr is presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.
