Rapid City Man Pleads Guilty in Sexual Contact Case

PIERRE –   Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that Jesus “Jesse” Izaguirre, 51, Rapid City, entered a guilty plea to one count of sexual contact with a minor under 16, class 3 felony, maximum penalty of 15 years and/or $30,000 fine. 

Charges stem from an incident involving a 13 year-old child in a residence in Kadoka.

Sentencing is scheduled for August 4, 2015, in Kadoka.
