Turner County Man Sentenced in Aggravated Assault Case

PIERRE, S.D.-  Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that Jeremy Robert Elliot, 35, Parker, was sentenced to 15 years with 5 suspended in the state penitentiary for aggravated assault and 5 years all suspended for possession of a controlled substance, Tetrahydrocannabinol. 

This case was investigated by the Turner County Sheriff’s Office and prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
