PIERRE, S.D. –  Attorney General Marty Jackley and Aurora County States Attorney John Steele announced today that Anthony Michael Vearrier, 23, Plankinton, pled guilty to one count of sexual contact with a child under the age of 13, class 3 felony, punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment and/or $30,000 fine.
A sentencing date has been scheduled for November 8, 2017.
This case was investigated by the Aurora County Sheriff’s Office.
