PIERRE, S.D. -  Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that the United States Supreme Court oral arguments in State of South Dakota v. Wayfair, Overstock and Newegg  have been calendared for April 17, 2018.

“I want to extend my appreciation for the support I have received from our State Legislators and the Governor who had the courage to bring this important issue to the forefront. In addition, I want to extend a thank you for the support we have received from the 35 Attorneys General, the National Governors Association, educational leaders, and the business community to bring tax fairness for our local retailers and to help support main street businesses.”
