Thelma Rios Motion for Continuance of Trial Granted in Aquash Murder Case

PIERRE, S.D.-   South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that defendant Thelma Rios’ Motion for Continuance of Trial has been granted over the State’s objection.  The new trial date has been scheduled for July 6th, 2010 at the Pennington County Courthouse.    Rios appeared in person with co-counsel and remains on pre-trial release with $250,000 bond.
