Federal Charges on John Graham Dismissed, State to Take Custody Today

PIERRE, S.D.-   Attorney General Marty Jackley said today that federal prosecutors have dismissed the final two charges against John Graham, 54, Rapid City. Graham will be turned over to state custody later today.   

Graham’s initial state court appearance is tentatively scheduled for this afternoon at 4:00 p.m. (MDT) at the Pennington County Court House. Graham is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
