Madison Man Sentenced in Fraud Case

MADISON MAN SENTENCED IN FRAUD CASE 

PIERRE, S.D. - Attorney General Larry Long said that Glenn A.Vanden Bosch was sentenced Thursday April 29th in 3rd Circuit Court in Madison to two consecutive and 4 concurrent 5 year sentences in the South Dakota State Penitentiary. 

Vanden Bosch, age 68, a Madison, South Dakota, insurance agent was convicted on March 23, 2004 by a Lake County Jury on 4 counts of forgery and 2 counts of embezzlement for stealing over $500,000 from the late Arthur Driveness. He was also ordered to make restitution to the victims heirs. 

Deputy Attorney General Mark Barnett and Assistant Attorney General Richard Williams prosecuted the case for the state.
