Officer Involved Shooting Report Released 

PIERRE, S.D. - Attorney General Larry Long and the Division of Criminal Investigation today released the incident report following the investigation into the officer involved shooting of a juvenile on April, 24, 2007 in Rapid City. 

The Division of Criminal Investigation immediately conducted the investigation into the officer involved shooting incident at the request of the Rapid City Police Department. The report concludes that Officer Fred Baxter was justified in firing his weapon.
