Defendants’ Motion for Continuance Granted in Graham and Rios Trial Proceedings 

PIERRE, S.D.-   On May 14, 2010, the Court granted defendants’ motion for continuance in the Graham and Rios trial proceedings and set the following dates:

            June 18, 2010: All motions due.

            July 1, 2010: Briefs due.

            July 12, 2010: Motion Hearing.

            November 29, 2010: Trial.

Both defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
