Attorney General Jackley Selected for Aspen Institute Leadership Program

PIERRE, S.D.   The Aspen Institute has announced the selection of its 24 political leaders to participate in the Institute’s bipartisan fellowship program.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to work with the other national leaders selected including Attorneys General Beau Biden, Delaware, and Pam Bondi, Florida, in the interest of transcending political partisanship to improve the lives of the people we serve,” said Attorney General Marty Jackley.

The fellowship program now in its seventh year, is focused on value-based leadership and providing a neutral and balanced venue for discussing the responsibilities of public leadership. Chosen on an annual basis, each fellowship class consists of 24 fellows: 12 republicans and 12 democrats, each an emerging political leader with a commitment to civil dialogue.   The 24-month program consists of three weekend-long seminars in Aspen, Colorado.
