Murdered Indigenous Persons on Indian Country
In accordance with SDCL 23-3-18.1, the SAC will collect information on any murdered Indigenous persons on Indian Country. Since Indian Reservation crime data is reported directly to the FBI, this homicide information is typically obtained from the FBI.
