Law Enforcement Continues to Seek Public Assistance in Search for Rachel Cyriacks

PIERRE, S.D  -  Law enforcement continues the search for Rachel Cyriacks of Woonsocket. Cyriacks, 30, was last seen in Woonsocket on the morning of November 13, 2013. She is 5’5” tall and weighing approximately 140 lbs.
