PIERRE, S.D. – Attorney General Marty Jackley and Bon Homme County States Attorney Lisa Rothschadl announced today that a Bon Homme County jury returned a verdict finding Paul Michael Brewer, 41, Tabor, guilty of 3 counts of rape in the first degree, class C felony, punishable by up to life imprisonment and/or $50,000 fine and 2 counts sexual contact with a child under the age of 16, class 3 felony, punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment and/or a $30,000 fine.
