Sioux Falls Man Pleads Guilty to DUI Charge

PIERRE, S.D  -   Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that Keith E. Allenstein Jr., 44, Sioux Falls, has entered a plea of guilty to one count of driving or control of vehicle with alcohol in blood, class one misdemeanor. Charges stem from a traffic stop on June 14, 2013.

Allenstein was sentenced to 30 days, the Court suspended the 30 days based upon conditions.
