Roberts County Woman Guilty of Possession of Marijuana
PIERRE, S.D – Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that a Roberts County jury returned a verdict finding Pamela White Mendoza, 48, Sisseton, guilty of possession of 1-10 pounds of marijuana, class 4 felony, maximum sentence of 10 years and/or $25,000 fine, possession of 2 oz. or less marijuana, class 1 misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia, class 2 misdemeanor.
Charges stem from a search warrant executed in July of 2013 at a Sisseton residence.
This case was investigated by the Sisseton Police Department, the Roberts County Sheriff Office and the Division of Criminal Investigation.
