2014 Ballot Explanations Released 

PIERRE, S.D.-  South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has announced the release of the following Attorney General’s ballot explanations for the November 2014 general election:
 
1. Initiated Measure 17 seeking to require health insurers to include all willing and qualified health providers on their provider lists;
2. Initiated Measure 18 seeking to increase the state minimum wage; and
3. Constitutional Amendment Q seeking to authorize the Legislature to allow roulette, keno and craps in Deadwood.
