Defense counsel filed a motion to withdraw as counsel based upon Bosworth's inability to fulfill certain obligations as his client. Bosworth objected to the motion based on her inability to find substitute counsel. Circuit Court Judge Brown granted the defense motion to withdraw as her counsel. Bosworth has until August 15th to retain new counsel. A trial date is set for November 13-14. Bosworth was indicted on June 19th on six counts of offering false or forged instrument for filing, class 6 felony punishable by a maximum sentence of 2 years imprisonment and/or $4,000 fine and six counts of perjury, class 6 felony, punishable by a maximum sentence of 2 years imprisonment and/or $4,000 fine.The case is being investigated by the Division of Criminal Investigation and prosecuted by a Deputy Attorney General. Bosworth is presumed innocent until such time as the state proves the allegations beyond a reasonable doubt.
