New Senior Citizen Handbook Available

PIERRE, S.D – Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today the updated version of the Senior Citizen Handbook is now available to the public.
 “The Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division is committed to empowering seniors and consumers to protect themselves and their loved ones against fraud.  The handbook is designed to help our seniors and consumers by providing information about their rights drawing upon current issues consumers are encountering,” said Jackley.
Anyone interested in receiving the latest edition of the South Dakota Senior Citizen Handbook, may contact the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division at 1-800-300-1986 or consumerhelp@state.sd.us. Consumers can also view the handbook by visiting the Attorney General’s website at http://atg.sd.gov/Seniors.aspx.
