Huron Man Arrested for Disseminating Material Harmful to Minors
and Possession of Marijuana

 
PIERRE, S.D – Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that Thomas Mark Wendelgass, 30, Huron, has been arrested today on one count of disseminating material harmful to minors, class one misdemeanor and one count of possession of marijuana, class one misdemeanor.

Charges stem from alleged inappropriate conversations between Wendelgass and a child under the age of 18.

Wendelglass is presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.

This case is being investigated by the Division of Criminal Investigation.
