Stahl was indicted on one count first degree manslaughter, class C felony, life imprisonment in the state penitentiary and/or $50,000 fine and one count hit and run accident resulting in death, class 6 felony, maximum sentence of two years state penitentiary and/or 4,000 fine. Charges stem from a fatal vehicle crash that occurred on February 9, 2014 where Stahl was driving and his passenger was ejected from the vehicle and died. Stahl is presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.
