Rapid City Man Indicted on Distribution of Methamphetamine
PIERRE – Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that Lucius T. Muldrow, 29, Rapid City was indicted by a Pennington County grand jury on April 1, 2015 on 2 counts of distribution of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, class 4 felony, maximum penalty of 10 years in the state penitentiary and/or $20,000 fine and 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, class 5 felony, maximum penalty of five years in the state penitentiary and/or $10,000 fine. In addition to the above charges, prosecutors filed Habitual Offender status. Muldrow was arraigned yesterday and is scheduled for a status hearing on May 9, 2015 in Pennington County.
Muldrow is presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.
This case is being investigated by the Unified Narcotics Enforcement Team and prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
