Rapid City Man Sentenced on Drug Charges
 

PIERRE –    Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that Zachary L. Byce, 20, Rapid City, was sentenced to 5 years in the state penitentiary for keeping a place for use or sale of controlled substances, 5 years in the state penitentiary for possession of methamphetamine and 10 years with 2 suspended in the state penitentiary for distribution of a controlled drug or substance to a minor. All sentenced to run concurrently.

This case was investigated by the Unified Narcotics Enforcement Team and prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
