PIERRE, S.D.- Attorney General Marty Jackley confirms that Kyle Even Hurden, 25, Upper Strasburg, PA, has been arrested by complaint on one count of obtaining a controlled substance by theft, class 4 felony, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or $20,000, one count of grand theft, class 4 felony, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or$20,000, one count of 3rd degree burglary, class 5 felony, punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine, one count of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, class 5 felony, punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or $10,000, and possession of drug paraphernalia, class two misdemeanor.
Charges stem from a break-in at the Salem Community Drug store on June 21, 2106.
Hurden is presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.
This case is being investigated by the McCook County Sheriff’s Office and the Division of Criminal Investigation.
