PIERRE, S.D. -  Attorney General Marty Jackley and Lincoln County States Attorney Tom Wollman announced today that the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Division has arrested Monte Bender, 45, Tea, on one count of possession of child pornography, class 4 felony with a maximum penalty of 10 years in the state penitentiary and/or $20,000 fine.

Charges stem from a cyber tip that was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Bender is innocent until such time as proven guilty.

This case is being investigated by the South Dakota Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and being prosecuted by the Lincoln County States Attorney.
