ATTORNEY GENERAL LARRY LONG NAMES CHANGES IN STAFF

(Pierre) – Attorney General Larry Long announced today two changes to his current staff. Sara Rabern has been appointed Press Secretary. Rabern most recently worked as an investigator in Long’s Consumer Protection Division. “Sara will bring experience she gained as an investigator to this new position," said Long. “Her experience in working daily with consumers and businesses will allow her to work well with the press.” In her new position Rabern will manage all aspects of Long’s press operations. Attorney General Long also appointed Delane Smith as Deputy Director of Consumer Protection. “Delane has demonstrated her ability to communicate with the public on every kind of consumer issue," said Long. “She will continue to ensure that this Division runs as effectively as ever.” Smith is a certified law enforcement officer and has been an investigator with this division for nine years.
