PIERRE, S.D. – Attorney General Marty Jackley is expanding his website to include details on the Drug Asset Civil Forfeiture Program.  

“Adding drug forfeiture information to our website promotes transparency in this program and our office,” said Jackley. “Using profits and assets of drug dealers rather than taxpayer monies to better protect our officers and communities makes sense and showing the public where and how these funds help communities will serve to further strengthen the drug forfeiture program.”
