PIERRE, S.D. – Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that Robert Lincoln Will III, 35, Plankinton, was arrested on one count of rape in the first degree, class C felony, punishable by up to life imprisonment and/or $50,000 fine.
Charges stem from an incident that occurred in a Plankinton residence involving a minor child.
Will is presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.
This case is being investigated by the Aurora County Sheriff’s Office and the Division of Criminal Investigation.
