PIERRE, S.D. - The Open Meeting Commission will meet today at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) at the Highland Conference Center, Mitchell, SD. The agenda will include oral presentations on the Kulm Township Board of Commissioners, South Dakota Water Management Board and Oldham City Council complaints.
