PIERRE, S.D.-  Attorney General Marty Jackley confirms that the Sisseton Wahpeton Police Department responded to a report of an unresponsive individual in the city of Sisseton at approximately 8:53 a.m. this morning.  At this time, the circumstances demonstrate that there is no danger to the community.

An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, 2017.

Agencies assisting in this investigation are the Sisseton Police Department, Roberts County Sheriff’s Office, Sisseton Wahpeton Police Department and the Division of Criminal Investigation.
