PIERRE, S.D. –  Today marks the 5-year anniversary of the disappearance of Rachel Cyriacks. Rachel was last seen in Woonsocket on the morning of November 13, 2013. She is 5’5” tall and weighing approximately 140 lbs.

“State and local law enforcement continue to receive tips and are actively following up on leads in Rachel’s case,” said Jackley. “We ask the public to continue to be vigilant and aware of their surroundings. Anyone who believes they have information is asked to contact law enforcement.”
