WHO:           South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg and a bipartisan group of

Attorneys General representing a broad coalition of States

WHAT:         Attorney General Ravnsborg will join the other Attorneys General to announce

the launch of a multistate investigation into whether large tech companies have engaged in anticompetitive behavior that stifled competition, restricted access, and harmed consumers.
