Salgado Pre-Trial Hearings 

PIERRE, S.D.-   Attorney General Marty Jackley announces that most recent of multiple pre-trial hearings in the Alexander Salgado case took place Monday, February 22, 2010 at the Mitchell Public Safety Building. Additional pre-trial hearings regarding procedural and evidentiary matters have been scheduled as follows: March 24^th at 8:30 a.m. at the Mitchell Public Safety Building, April 7^th at 9 a.m. at the Hanson County Courthouse, and April 12^th at 9 a.m. at the Mitchell Public Safety Building. A jury trial in this matter is currently scheduled to commence on May 10, 2010 at 9 a.m. at the Hanson County Courthouse.
