Secretary of State and Attorney General to Hold Joint Press Conference Regarding Initiated Ballot Measures

PIERRE, S.D.- Secretary of State Chris Nelson and Attorney General Larry Long will hold a joint press conference on Tuesday, May 30, at 4:00 p.m. (CT) in the LET Commission Conference Room at the George S. Mickelson Criminal Justice Center, Pierre. They will release and discuss their decision as to whether the initiated measures to repeal video lottery and to repeal the cell-phone tax should be placed on the general election ballot in November 2006.
