South Dakota Man Arrested on Fraud, Victims Asked to Contact the Consumer Protection Division 

PIERRE, S.D. - Attorney General Larry Long said today that Larry B. Suchy was arrested in Spearfish on October 5, on an outstanding North Dakota warrant. The North Dakota Attorney General’s Office had issued a cease and desist Order on Ablaze Technologies, LLC, Sun Breeze Energy, LLC, and their owner Larry B. Suchy in May of 2006. The two companies sell broadband wireless systems and solar and wind power systems.

The North Dakota Attorney General’s Office received several complaints alleging Ablaze and Sun Breeze accepted prepayment for goods and services but failed to perform. The State of Montana also has a number of complaints. It is believed that Suchy did business in the South Dakota as well.
