OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING REPORT TO BE DELAYED 

(Pierre) – Attorney General Larry Long said that the officer involved shooting report due out today will be delayed until the end of the week. 

Over the weekend the Division of Criminal Investigation received an affidavit from Kim Sue Chiu, the girlfriend of the decedent. Portions of Chiu’s affidavit conflict with information she originally reported to law enforcement officers. Therefore, the Division of Criminal Investigation will require a few more days to conduct additional interviews before releasing a final report.
