Openness Government Task Force to Meet in Sioux Falls

PIERRE, S.D.- General Larry Long said today the next Openness Government Task Force meeting will be held in Sioux Falls on September 6, at 1:00 p.m. at the Southeast Technical Institute, Mickelson Center 101 and is open to the public. Discussion will continue on the open records laws including the legal definition of public records and implementing recommendations in the Attorney General’s report on open government issued in July.
