Officer Involved Shooting Report Released 

PIERRE, S.D.-  Attorney General Larry Long and the Division of Criminal Investigation today released the incident report following the investigation into the officer involved shooting of Anthony A. Larocco on October, 20, 2007, in rural Harrold. 

The Division of Criminal Investigation immediately conducted the investigation into the officer involved shooting incident at the request of the South Dakota Highway Patrol. The report concludes that Trooper Ryan Lantz was justified in firing his weapon.
