State’s Motion Granted in School Funding Lawsuit 

PIERRE, S.D.-     Attorney General Larry Long said today that Judge Lori Wilbur has granted the State’s Motion for Protective Order and denied the Plaintiffs’ Notice of Deposition for Governor Michael Rounds in the case of Davis v. State of South Dakota, et al. (School Funding Litigation).
