DCI RELEASES FIRE TIP PHONE LINE

PIERRE, S.D.- The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation has announced the release of the Fire Tip Line. The toll-free phone number for the tip line is 1-877-807-FIRE or 1-877-807-3473. This phone line will be available to anyone to report knowledge of those involved in starting illegal fires or any pertinent fire related information.

Community involvement is critical to solving cases of arson and intentional setting of fires. The DCI encourages South Dakota citizens to get involved and help the prevention of fires.
