PIERRE, S.D.-   Attorney General Marty Jackley and Hamlin County States Attorney Jeromy Pankratz said this morning that Steven John Helm, 43, Bismarck, North Dakota was arrested for the murder of Jesse James Gisi, Watertown. Helm was arrested in Bismarck after investigators identified him as a person of interest in the case. Gisi died of a single gunshot wound at the scene, south of Estelline, South Dakota on Sunday August 1^st.  Helm is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
