PIERRE, S.D.-   Attorney General Marty Jackley and Beadle County State’s Attorney Michael Moore report that Martin Rios, age 23, of Huron, South Dakota was arrested July 21, 2010 in Huron, South Dakota. Rios was arrested on marijuana charges in South Dakota and eluding and weapons charges arising from investigations in Texas. The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation, South Dakota Highway Patrol, and Huron Police Department assisted in the operation. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
