PIERRE, S.D. - Attorney General Marty J. Jackley said today that Joseph Thomas Hansen, 18, Sisseton, has waived his preliminary hearing and is now scheduled for arraignment on October 14th, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. in Sisseton.

Hansen was arrested on August 23, 2010, and has been charged with two counts of Sale, Transportation, or Possession of Destructive Device and one count of Unauthorized Possession of Substance with Intent to Make Destructive Device. Hansen is innocent until proven guilty.

This case is being prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office and the Roberts County State's Attorney's Office.
