PIERRE, S.D.- Attorney General Marty Jackley reports that the Department of Revenue and Regulation, Securities Division, has issued a Cease and Desist Order in the Matter of Denali Alliance Holdings, LTD. d/b/a Credit Union Services, LTD. d/b/a Alliance Credit Union, d/b/a Fenix Group, Alicinda L. Miller a/k/a Cindy Miller, and Greg Cano Long. Miller (Las Vegas, NV) and Long (Springfield, SD) are alleged to have solicited individuals from South Dakota and Iowa to invest in a credit union. Long and Miller falsely claimed that the credit union would be chartered by the Yankton Sioux Tribe, but an investigation has revealed that no such charter has been granted.
