PIERRE, S.D.- Attorney General Marty Jackley and Walworth County States Attorney Chris Jansen announced today that Donise June Red Water, 42, Wakpala, was arrested last evening for the murder of Vincent Village Center, Mobridge. Red Water is being held at the Walworth County jail. Red Water is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Agencies assisting in this investigation include: Mobridge Police Department, Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, Bureau of Indian Affairs, South Dakota Highway Patrol and the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation.
