PIERRE, S.D.- Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an expedited Appeal Schedule. Legal briefing is to be concluded by May 25th, 2011, with “no extension of this briefing schedule.”
“This order is in the interest of all Americans who need expeditious resolution of this important constitutional question,” said Jackley.
