PIERRE, S.D. - Attorney General Marty Jackley said today that the Division of Criminal Investigation continues to search for Andrew Jon Lufkins of Sisseton, SD. Lufkins, 23, was reported missing a year ago on April 7, 2010. He was last seen near the Legion bar in Sisseton between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. Lufkins was believed to be on foot, wearing khaki pants, a dark colored sweatshirt with “South Pole” lettering on the front, a dark undershirt and a pair of blue and white shoes.
The DCI has investigated many leads and conducted multiple searches in this case, and the family has also conducted volunteer searches to find Lufkins. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding Lufkins is asked to contact the Roberts County Dispatch Center at 605-698-7667.
