PIERRE, S.D – The initial appearance for South Dakota Penitentiary inmates Rodney Berget and Eric Robert is tentatively scheduled today at 1:30 p.m. in courtroom 1A at the Minnehaha County Courthouse.
Attorney General Marty Jackley will be available for further comment at the courthouse following the hearing today.
